Membership

Membership Requirements:

Currently the Douglas County Young Republicans is not focusing on fundraising, however if you are interested the membership classifications are as follows:

General Members: General Members receive full voting rights and are recognized as members of the Douglas County Young Republicans (DCYR), the Colorado Federation  of Young Republicans (CFYR) and the National Federation of Young Republicans (NFYR). General members are restricted to registered Republicans between the ages of 18 and 39 inclusive that are residents of Douglas County, Colorado. This membership is available for a donation of $20.00  for one year.

Associate Members: Associate Members are not entitled to voting rights, as they fall outside of the standards for an officially recognized as a Young Republican, though they are welcomed at all meetings and functions and are encouraged to attend and learn more about the issues facing Douglas County, the State of Colorado, and the United States of America. This membership is available for a donation of $10.00 for one year.

Student Members: Student Members are not entitled to voting rights, as they fall outside of the standards for an officially recognized as a Young Republican, though they are welcomed at all meetings and functions and encouraged to attend and learn more about the political process and issues facing Douglas County, the State of Colorado, and the United States of America. This membership is available for a donation of $5.00 for one year.
